Initial Nutrition Consultation

Speak to a Registered Dietitian for a one hour nutrition consult by telehealth. Calorie and macronutrient breakdown will be included as well as a specific nutrition consultation. Please feel free to speak on any chronic illness. Eating and snacking habits will be discussed. It is best to keep a food diary for 3 to 5 days prior to the consult. A goal will be set and health conditions will be addressed. Need this nutrition consult for a dependent? Child nutrition consultations are also offered.
